10 minutes late grace is granted for every appointment. After that time passed if the appointment is still fulfilled there will be a 20$ late fee assessed with the appointment. If the appointment is not fulfilled it will be considered a same day cancellation with 50% of the remaining balance due. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a forfeit of deposit and charge of 50% of the total service balance, due at the time of cancellation. Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance and will include a $20 rescheduling fee, payable at the time of rescheduling. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged the full remaining balance at the time of service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
